The call of the road and the allure of the great northern road trip.
On one of our trips a few years ago we shared a picnic table over lunch with a family from Germany. They had come to BC to spend the summer road tripping through British Columbia and the Yukon. They were completely enthralled with the vast wildness, pristine nature and spectacular beauty that dominates our landscape. To put it simply they fell in love and were already planing on coming back the next year to experience more of it. Over 10 years ago my son and I fell under the same spell and it is a sentiment that we often hear echoed from fellow northern road trip addicts that we meet along the way. This is a celebration of that spectacular wilderness that keeps calling us back to the road.
